What is your Private Pay/Out of Pocket Rate?

My Out of Pocket rate is $150 per session. Reach out to your insurance provider for more information on your Out of Network Benefits. Most Insurance Companies will offer some reimbursement for Out of Network costs.

Do you offer In Person Sessions?

No, at this time I only offer Virtual Teletherapy Services via a HIPAA Compliant Video Platform to residents of the state of Maryland.

What type of services do you provide?

I offer Individual Counseling to Adults with a specialization in treating Anxiety and Depression. In addition, those seeking my services may be experiencing difficulty coping with life transitions, grief/loss, relationship issues, family dynamics, women’s issues, etc…I utilize a combined approach including aspects of CBT and Mindfulness.
